How can I place an order?
Please place your order here on our website www.fishouflage.co.uk by placing items in your Cart using the Add to Cart button, and then completing the Checkout process using payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
How do I make changes to my order?
Your order is shipped very soon after your order is placed (usually in less than 24 hours). We are happy to make any changes you would like if your order has not yet processed for shipping. Please email us at customerservice@fishouflage.com as soon as possible and we’ll do whatever we can to help.
What is your Return policy?
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with any item, simply return or exchange for another item. You will be given an even exchange, or credited back the purchase price of the returned item. Returned items must be in as purchased condition, and please include the Fishouflage Packing slip you received with your item with your return.

Please note that while your original shipping fees are non-refundable, if merchandise is damaged or the improper item was sent to you please email us at customerservice@fishouflage.com for return instructions.
How long will it take to get my Return Credit?
Customer Service processes returns in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to appear on your account.
I do not have any paperwork from my order, what do I do?
No need to worry, simply log in to your account on fishouflage.com and print off a copy of your order. You can also email us at customerservice@fishouflage.com. Please include the name on the order and shipping address.
How do I return a gift?
We try to make gift returns easy. We ask that you email us at customerservice@fishouflage.com and include the name on the order and shipping address. We respect your privacy. All gift returns are handled confidentially, so please specify if your return was a gift so we do not reach out to the original purchaser.
Where is my order?
Orders ship in 24-48 hours after being placed. Tracking information for your order will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will email you an order confirmation when your order is placed. A shipment confirmation email including tracking will be sent when your order ships.
Sponsorships & Donations
As you might imagine, we receive (literally) hundreds of sponsorship and donation requests each year from individuals, teams, professionals, fishing clubs and tournament events. We absolutely wish we could support them all, but at this time we’re just a small (growing) family business ourselves. We do believe strongly in the importance of everyone working together to protect and preserve our fisheries, and annually donate a percentage of our sales to grass-roots habitat conservation efforts throughout the country.
